Emergency Roof Leak Repair

Large leaks after heavy rains need immediate attention. The water that enters your home can cause damage to walls, ceilings, electrical connections and more. Because of this, we offer 24-hour service to provide fast fixes to home damaging leaks.

Sometimes, we can make a temporary repair until it is safe and dry enough for a more permanent solution. Anytime we have a storm pass through the area, you should take a quick survey of the ceilings in your home and look for signs of water damage. Then, take a look at the surface of your roof from the ground for any signs of storm damage. If necessary, step back 10 to 20 feet away from your house so you can get a good look at the entire roof.

4 Signs You Need Roof Leak Repair

Sometimes leaks are obvious. Water drips from the ceiling into buckets you’ve had to install or it dribbles down walls and slickens the floor. Many times, however, roof leaks are not so obvious, although they can be just as damaging. The four common signs of a roof leak include:

  1. Curling Shingles – When water gets underneath shingles, it can warp the wood below. The warping causes the shingles to curl and lift away from the roof. So, if your shingles aren’t laying flat, let one of our contractors inspect your roof for potential leaks. Finding the leak quickly can save you a ton of trouble later.
  2. Musty Attic Smell – The attic is the first place water goes when your roof leaks. If the leak is minor, it may well be invisible. However, as the water soaks into materials such as insulation, it encourages mold and mildew. These can produce a musty smell and alert you to a need for immediate roof leak repair.
  3. Water Inside Light Fixtures – Once the water is inside your ceiling, it looks for openings to lower levels. Electric light wiring is one potential path, and you might hear water drip into fixtures. This not only indicates a leak somewhere in the roof but also poses an immediate electrical danger.
  4. Discoloration and Paint Bubbling – When water pools in the ceiling or soaks into drywall, it can discolor the material or bubble the paint. This is another warning sign of a roof leak.

Climbing your roof is dangerous. Don’t try to find the leak yourself. Our experienced contractors will safety inspect your roof, identify problem areas and provide quick solutions.

We provide Roof Leak Repair to residential customers throughout the area.
